Revised 18 October 2026; first published 2020-12-06. Original byline and URL retained.
When this page appeared in December 2020, Ciabatta.co.za described an online store for bread and artisan products, with ordering and payment information. Those details belong to that publication period and are not current order instructions.
An earlier store period
The original page referred to online ordering and scheduled bread orders. It is retained as a dated record of how the site presented its service at the time.
Ciabatta.co.za now centres on John the Baker’s published formula, technical guidance, and article archive. The current recipe and method are available here.
